Job Description: 1. Paper work based in Shanghai office and communication with stores. 2. Support VM display props seasonal ordering and arrangement for stores. 3. Support props cost and vendor payment 4. Other tasks assigned. Person Specification: 1. 4-5 days/per week. 2. English written and basic spoken is required. 3. Art related major is plus. 4. Proficient with computer skills (MS word/ Excel / Power point / Photoshop). 5. Has positive and proactive working attitude.
