HR Intern (prefer大四,提供转正机会)
What are my responsibilities?
- Acquaint with the different departments of the company internship recruitment requirements, update job profile in the company.
熟悉公司的不同部门的实习生招聘需求,更新公司实习生职位要求
- Screen resumes according to the position requirements, and phone interview with candidates.
根据职位要求筛选简历,并与候选人电话面试
- Learning to skillfully use the Excel Function Formula to make the SMEC staff weekly attendance tables and overtime sheets.
学会熟练使用Excel函数公式并制作SMEC员工每周考勤表和加班表
- Responsible for entry procedures for new interns.
负责新实习生的入职手续
- Daily work including file archiving and print&scan.
日常工作包括文件归档和打印及扫描
Competencies:
- Bachelor or Master degree in major HR related is preferred.
学士或硕士学位,人力资源相关专业优先
- Be good at PPT & Excel
善于PPT和Excel
- Fluent English in both oral and written.
流利的英语口语及英语书写
- At least 3 days/per week and prefer work at least more than 6 months.
每周至少出勤3天,实习期少6个月
Payment:
Bachelor degree 100/per day,Master degree 140/per day
本科学历100RMB/天,硕士学历140RMB/天
