Responsibilities
1. Support in daily operations within Service and Quality team;
2. Support in administrative tasks for Director After Sales Service and Quality;
3. Overall projects support in 4 projects regarding RTM, Battery Coding & Tracking, recycling as well as warranty and audit regulations;
4. Support in process definitions and preparation of PowerPoint presentations;
5. Support in coordination and consolidation of sub-team assignments.
Requirements
1. Pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree, solid knowledge in Automotive, Engineering, Project Management or Finance areas;
2. Excellent intercultural and communication skills, proactive attitude, diligent. stress resistant and willing to learn;
3. Familiar with MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
4. Familiar with Data Processing Tool (Tableau, Power BI, etc.);
5. Fluent in both oral and written English;
6. Committed and available to work at least 4 days a week for 6 months;
