Key Responsibilities: 职位职责： The objective of the ECP training is to develop knowledge, skills and abilities that will qualify the trainee to join our international Field Operating Services (FOS) organization as a Field Services Advisor. The Field Services organization consists of a group of international employees who provide worldwide startup and commissioning services to oil refineries and petrochemical plants. Field advisors provide field technical assistance on new and/or revamped refinery unit checkout and startups. They transfer technology to customers operations and engineering staff during loading, reload, regeneration, troubleshooting and new/revamped unit startup events.
