RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Effective maintenance of the employee database and personal files
· Document filing and maintenance
· HR Operation work support
· Daily support to HR Team
· Assist for interview arrangement, telephone screen etc.
· On boarding/Exit process support
· HR System/Report maintenance
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor degree or above
· Minimum three days work per week
· Fluent in English
· Good command of computer skills and familiar with Office software
