Job Description: Mission and Purpose: For our vehicle tests we want to develop an option to partly automate the analysis of our test results, and that for check the internal car communication for errors. For this it is necessary, to analyze the traces of our data loggers as well, as reading the errors detected by the car ECUs. This should be done based on the available infrastructure. Goal is in first step to figure out the feasibility, find the blocking points and develop a step by step plan. This plan should be based on a reasonable technical evaluation Job Duties and Responsibilities: Check available infrastructure such as Data logger, Database, car architecture documents for capability of reaching an automated test analysis Clarify questions and necessary changes on infrastructure with responsible colleagues Develop a basic roadmap Create a documentation about the evaluation results Start with the first steps of developing a test analysis environment Qualifications: Education Background: Master/Bachelor student of Informatic, Computer science or similar. Professional Skills: Good understanding of data bases and data processing Basic understanding in car electronics and bus systems like CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet and LIN Programming skills in Python and C++ Experience with data loggers is a plus Competence Requirements: Good communication and analytical skills Self-organized and well-structured working management Capability to work in an international environment Self-educating in case of necessity Able to work independently as well as good team player Language Skills: Fluent in English is a must Chinese and German is a plus
