Responsibilities:
Marketing Key Initiatives Planning
1. Collaborate with Digital & Social Executive and 3rd party agencies to fine-tune content calendar to ensure social and marketing calendar synchronization. Able to write compelling social post copy.
2. Conduct market and competitor research analysis, providing relevant data insights and recommendations.
Media and Influencer Relations
1.Support on influencer co-op projects, including negotiations, sample delivery, management and optimization of digital media projects.
2. Develop, foster, and expand community and brand advocacy through blogger and influencer outreach efforts.
Administrative Tasks
1. Support on contracts, payments, bookkeeping and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
1. Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the industry
2. Highly engaged in the social media world and familiar with Chinese main stream social platforms
3. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
4. Prior internship experience is preferred, especially in digital marketing or related fields.
5. Innovative mindset and problem-solving skills, able to adapt to various challenges in a fast-paced work environment.
6. Good presentation and communication skills with attention to details
7. Thrive in a fast paced on-time deliverable environment
8. Bachelor's Degree required
