Brief Description of Assignment •Support projects related work •Support data consolidation & maintenance for reports •Support department reports support •Support team activities & events organization and coordination •Support administarative work, including paper work, i.e. reimbursement, approval, documentation etc •Assiat stationary/business card ordering & meeting arrangement •Assist storage room, mail room & T share drive maintenance •Assist department head & visitors •Assist contact list & team vendor pool update
Qualification Requirement •Strong English competence especially the written part •Good MS skills in PPT and Excel •Team work spirit and good communication skills •Strong sense of responsibility •Detail oriented, proactive and willing to learn •Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously •Able to adapt to a multi-cultural working environment
