Update and prepare the information of Shop Floor Meeting

Support the work of making reports and data analysis

Support administrative work in the department: coordinate the meeting rooms, manage stationary, etc.

 [Basic Requirements]

Must stay student identity during the entire internship with a bachelor or master degree

Must be available in June (2018), fulfill 6 months of internship, 5 days per week

Good communication skill to work smoothly with colleagues across different departments and customers, should be a responsible, punctual and diligent person with logical thinking.

Possess excellent ability in written and oral English

Be proficient in using Microsoft Office(Excel/ppt) and other office applications
