Job Title: China-Africa Graduate Program: Chinese Corporate Relationship Manager
Job Location (City Level) - African capital cities
• Yaoundé – Cameroon
• Conakry – Guinea
• Accra – Ghana
• Nouakchott – Mauritania
• Tananarive – Madagascar
Main Responsibilities /Accountabilities / Tasks
Coverage:
• Manage the portfolio of Chinese Corporate clients;
• Develop new quality corporate relationships;
• Quality credit growth & management for existing and new relationships;
• Deposits mobilization from existing and new relationships;
• Operations Management & Permanent supervision;
• Income generation (fees & interest income) and cost control;
• Personal organization and initiative for business growth;
• Cross sell products/services and develop and leverage synergies with SG Group for Chinese corporate;
• Local industry/Chinese sector/ market study.
Candidate Profile
• Academic Background: Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Working Experience: Fresh Graduate or with a 1st working experience (experience in Corporate banking relationship would be a plus)
• Skills & Competencies: Financial/Credit Analysis & Report Writing; Organizational abilities and time management; Relationship and problem-solving skills; Marketing and Presentation/Communication skills; Negotiation skills; Relationship management & good Interpersonal skills; Team Work
• Language Skills: Chinese Mandarin as mother language;Proficient in French (not necessary for Ghana);Fluent in English
• Computer Skill : Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Others if any (require travelling, etc.): Travel required
