provide theoritical and numerical analysis service to research and maintenace to the group hardware and software 为研发提供理论和数据分析服务，维护小组硬件和软件

Principal Accountabilities ( % of time, What, How and Why) / 主要职责（时间、工作内容的分配）

1/( 5%) Strictly follow company EHS & 5S policies and regulations. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program'. 遵守公司EHS及5S的政策和规定。履行《环境、职业健康与安全职责管理程序》中研发人员的个人EHS职责。

2/(20%) ensure the HPCC working proferly: participating in the hardware upgrading; install new version of application; user account management; storage and file's administration. 日常维护高性能计算机群。更新硬件，安装新版本软件，维护用户帐号，以及存储。

3/(75%) theoritical and numerical analysis: An advanced engineering degree (>= master, material science/mechanical engineering/applied mechanics/aero or astronautics/) .Stong background in Finite element method and its application in industry(discrete element method modeling will be a plus). 理论和数值分析：硕士以上学位( 材料科学/机械工程/应用力学/航空航天/应用数学专业), 对于有限元,有扎实的基础知识和一定的应用经验。除此之外,如果对离散元有经验者将优先考虑.

Requirements资质要求

1/ Master Degree of related majors from good Universities. 相关专业的硕士及以上学历

2/ CFD is a must, Solid Mechanics is a plus. 必须CFD，有固体力学背景者优先

3/ Hands-on experience with at least one of the following a must: ANSYS, Abaqus, Fluent, CFX or other FEA tools.熟悉至少一种如下软件：ANSYS, Abaqus, Fluent, CFX or other FEA tools

4/ Fluent English 英语流利

5/ Open minded, innovative, driven, good communication skills思维开放有创新性，积极主动，具备良好的沟通能力

6/ Had 2-3 years of related experiences. 有2-3年的相关工作经验
