Job Responsibilities 岗位职责 1. Take charge of order, shipment followed up with timely communication of factories and vendors 负责跟进订单、船期，及时与工厂及供应商联系 2. Build up an effective interaction with internal department and customer’s logistics team. Coordinate and update the order process with different parties 与内部以及客户保持良好的沟通，协调、跟进订单情况，更新订单信息 3. Lead the management part of inspection occasion 及时通知、安排质检操作 4. Responsible for system update, reports preparation includes production reports, shipment documents, etc 负责更新、维护订单系统，制作相关生产、船期等报表 5. Other job assigned by supervisor 其它上级指派的工作

Job Requirements 岗位要求 1. Y2021 graduated student. English, International trading or related major. 2021届毕业生；英语、国际贸易相关专业优先 2. Above CET 4. 英语四级以上 3. Honest, responsible, strong learning ability hard working and a good team player. 诚实守信，有责任心，较强的学习能力，团队精神 4. Outstanding performance students could be our staff after graduation. 表现学生毕业后可转正 5. Full time internship is preferred, at least 3-4 days per week. 全职实习生优先，每周至少实习3-4天。
