Must:
• Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or IT related discipline
• Good command of both read and written, better can spoke English, CET 4 is required.
• Self motivator and quick learner
• Good communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Has experience on insurance is preferable
Preferrable:
• 1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer related majors
• 2. Rich practical experience in the field of desktop support
• 3. Have a deep understanding of IT service management, have certain experience in building service support systems, and hold ITIL related certifications is preferred
• 4. Strong operational data refining and analysis capabilities, with practical experience in data-driven continuous service improvement
• 5. Strong sense of responsibility, strong sense of service, proactive work, good psychological quality and excellent communication and coordination, problem analysis and solving skills
