岗位职责：

Job Responsibilities

- 提供专业的顾问服务，包括城市土地顾问，评估咨询服务等;

- Providing professional consultancy services, including urban land consultancy, evaluation consultancy services, etc. - 了解国家财经政策和房地产政策，能针对市场新情况撰写分析报告;

- Understanding the financial and economic policies and real estate policies in China, and be able to write analytical reports according to the latest market situation. - 协助项目组完成各项目工作，提升部门效率及表现;

-Assisting project teams to accomplish project work and improving working efficiency and performance of the division. - 具有独特的、强说服力的市场分析见解;

-Having unique and persuasive opinions about market analysis. - 为现有客户提供服务，保持良好客户关系。

-Providing existing customers with services and maintaining good customer relations.

任职要求：

Job requirements

- 本科以上学历，评估相关专业优先； 

- Master degree or above, major in finance or economics, overseas study or work experience is a plus.-

- 英语6级以上优先； 

-CET6 above is preferred.

- 热爱评估事业，对房地产市场及楼盘状况有一定的了解；

- Having passion for the cause of evaluation, and having a certain understanding of the real estate market and real estate situation

- 敬业、责任心强、勤奋好学，能承受一定工作压力； 

- Being dedicated, responsible, diligent, eager to learn, and able to work under pressure.

- 有会计师资格证、证券从业等证书优先考虑。

-Having the Certificate of Accounting Professional and the securities qualification certificate is preferred.
