岗位概述：

商务运营部致力于加快公司业务流程，帮助我们的销售、营销和服务团队变得更有效率。与这些团队一起合作，我们帮助设立和度量性能指标，减少业务流程中的低效率。担任这个角色的实习生将与所有上述团队合作，努力创建工具，减少我们业务流程中的人工作业或基于Excel的步骤（如销售机会的数据库管理）。

岗位要求：

·         理想的候选人将能够展示他们以前编写的程序示例，并解释它们与批量上传、发送常规电子邮件的脚本、标记和处理大型数据集相关过程的功能。

·         Excel知识很重要，候选人将被要求操纵一个大数据的电子表格来回答面试中有关数据的具体问题。

·         普通话和英语都是必须的。

·         实习期：2018年六月，七月和八月，每周至少能工作3天，不留用，应届生慎投

教育背景：

·         计算机软件相关领域的学士学位在读，大三升大四的优先，若非该专业学生，则需要有被认可的程序编写经验。

·         被认可的C++，Python和/或PHP技能。

Position Summary:

The Commercial Operations group is dedicated to speeding Illumina business processes and helping our Sales, Marketing and Service teams be more effective. In conjunction with those teams, we help set and measure performance metrics and reduce inefficiencies in our business processes. The intern in this role will be working with all of those groups in an effort to create tools that will reduce manual or Excel-based steps in our business processes (such as database management of sales leads).

Requirements:

·     The ideal candidate would be able to show examples of previous programs they have written and explain their function for processes related to batch uploading, scripts for sending regular emails, tagging and processing large data sets.

·     Excel knowledge is important and you will be asked to manipulate a large spreadsheet to answer specific questions about the data in the interview.

·     Both Mandarin and English communication are mandatory.

Education:

·     A bachelor's degree in a computer software-related field is helpful, but not required if substantial proof of previous program-writing experience is shown. Prefer rising junor.
