As the intern working in our Brand and Communications team within People Organisation, you will be supporting team members to design, plan and deliver communications through social media platform to strengthen PwC’s position of distinctive #1 employer of choice.
The major responsibilities include but not exclusive:
Provide support to employer branding and employee communications on designated social media platforms (e.g. WeChat/LinkedIn/Instagram), including but not limited to the channel strategies, content planning, content drafting and online initiatives planning.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to develop user centric content calendar that supports business needs.
Track data of B&C owned or other defined social media channel performance and monitor market trends to deliver social media insights on timely basis.
Provide assistance to/participate in ad-hoc projects or assignments.
Skill Requirement
Undergraduate/graduate student in marketing, communication, journalism or a related discipline
Passionate about social media/new technology and familiar with emerging trends of social media, experiences with self-owned social media operation experience is preferred; demonstrated network with social KOLs/influencers are a plus.
Working knowledge of WeChat editing tools, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or other design software preferred
Goodcommand of English and Chinese
Demonstrates attention to detail and creativity
Ability to demonstrate project ownership
Able to work at least 3 working days/week
