Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Planning:

·      Assist the Function Owner in the development and maintenance of long-term strategies and roadmaps for the AI platform, ensuring alignment with the team overall strategic goals.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

·      Communicate with customers, partners, and internal teams to assist in gathering and analyzing product requirements.

Product Development and Management:

·      Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams (development, design, research) to ensure on-time and quality delivery.

AI Feature Application and Validation:

·      Participate in product validation and effectiveness evaluation of AI features (AI Agents, intelligent assistants, etc.), tracking user feedback.

Customer Contact and Feedback:

·      Assist in summarizing and analyzing customer needs and requirements, working together with Front Office (FO), UIUX designers and Architects to support solution design (including product design documents, user stories, and specifications).

Project Collaboration and Management:

·      Work together with project leads and R&D for constant maintenance of offering concepts and roadmaps for the responsible domain.

Data Analysis and Product Operations:

·      Collect and analyze platform usage data to support data-driven product decisions.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

·      Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Vehicle Engineering, Information Management and Information Systems, Business Administration (IT direction), or related fields.

Technical Skills:

·      Understanding of AI/ML concepts and LLM (Large Language Model) applications.

·      Basic understanding of AI Agents, Knowledge Base, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technologies.

·      Familiarity with cloud computing concepts; experience with Aliyun, AWS, or Azure is a plus.

·      Proficiency with Git, JIRA/Confluence, and common productivity tools.
