The wish list is very long, e.g., abilities to think critically and conceptually, openness for inquiries and fresh perspectives, conscientiousness, temperance, courage, and many other things. But by the end of day, we just want people who are authentic, have a good heart, and willing to learn as we move forward in time. Career track expectations? Analyst 2-3 years, Associate 2 years, then Engagement Management positions and above. Staffing is rotational designed to widen domain exposure for our people. And it is true that we do more fast track promotions than others, because contrary to popular beliefs - we think consulting as an industry, is supply side driven. Application process?
