Red Hat's People (HR) team is looking for a People Infrastructure operations Intern to join us in Beijing, China. In this role, you will support a host of HR operations activities. We'll need you to be able to work at a fast pace and multitask. This is a great opportunity to learn about the talent acquisition process at a leading global technology company.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Be the main point of contact to arrange for signatures on employment related and related documents

Assist other team members with documentation/filing requirements.

Printing/stamping/scanning of visa/invitation letters.

Arrange for shipment of signed letters to associates.

Any other projects assigned as per reqquirement

Required Skills

Current university student with an interest in human capital initiatives and processes

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions

Available to work 4+ days per week

Excellent attention to detail

Written and spoken English skills
