Accountabilities:
· Responsible for sales support, including:
· Handling customer inquiries & complaints
· RFQ / Tender Management
· SOP setup
· Complete customer pricing inquiries at a timely and accurately manner
· Provide high-quality service to clients and keep the reasonable relationship with client
· Prepare quotations and response for rate enquiries (overseas or local customers) for
sales when necessary
· Act as a key customer contact for pricing and coordinate with Air/Ocean Freight dept. for scheduling and shipping if need.
· Provide service information to customers
· As the backup to take care of all customer related matters during the absence of outside sales / trade lane manager (leave /business trip / sick)
· Assist Air/Ocean Freight dept. to smoothen the operation if needed.
