l HR Intern (junior/senior undergraduates, or 1st/2nd year in postgraduate study)

l Job Responsibility
1. Candidate Screening and Selection
·Screening and conduct first round selection to attract talents locally and regionally
·Facilitate assessment centre for potential candidates
·Coordinate and arrange interview schedules
·Follow-up on start work
2. General HR Operations
·Initiate HR intervention activities which will support the achievement of business goals positively and other HR-related issues
·Support to manage and administer exit process for resigning employees (ie. issue exit letter, conduct exit clearance, etc)
·Keep up-to-date with all employment laws and statutory regulations
·Enforce compliances of HR policies and procedures
·Support the application of Employment Visa, accommodation and travel matters for foreigners, where applicable
3. Other HR Projects
·Assist in organizing and preparing materials for Learning & Development Programme, Orientation, etc
·Assist in organizing events for staff, business associates, etc (eg Annual Company Functions, Relationship Building Activities with clients, etc)
·Assist in enhancement and improvement in various HR processes
·Manage or assist in any other adhoc projects as assigned
4. Others
