职位描述：

Job Description:

To support new store opening/renovation/retrofit work,

To follow up commercial procurement strategies development by project manager;

Request quotation for direct procurement item from oversea or domestic suppliers;

Track procurement order and delivery matrix;

Archive tender drawing/shop drawing/as built drawings;

Archive contracts;

Place PO, manage oversea and domestic invoice for stage payment to supplier/contractor/consultant;

Work with other team for cross-departmental work

Requirements:

Preferred Interior design or construction project management or Quantity Surveyor

Fluent english speaking and writing, AutoCAD, MS office, SketchUp

Can work 4-5 days per week
