Responsibilities/工作职责 1、Analyze and deal with abnormal process, promote improvement and confirm the implementation of abnormal countermeasures; 制程异常的分析处理及推动改善、异常对策落实状况确认处理； 2、Audit data collection, statistics and analysis of abnormal quality data; 审核资料收集、质量异常数据的统计、分析； 3、Sort out and evaluate the process risk points, and promote the improvement and promotion of hidden danger points; 制程风险点的梳理评估，并推动隐患点的改善及提升； 4、Preparation and optimization of inspection documents and process documents; 检验文件、流程文件的编写、优化； 5、Abnormal handling of customer complaints 客诉异常处理 Requirements/任职要求： 1、Bachelor degree or above, majored in electronics, machinery, quality management or related; 本科及以上学历，电子、机械、质量管理类相关专业； 2、No experience required;CET-4 无经验要求,大学英语四级 3、Familiar with office software and statistical skills of all kinds of data; 熟悉办公软件及各类数据的统计技巧； 4、Ability to analyze and solve problems independently; 具备独立分析解决问题的能力； 5、Strong organization, coordination, communication, pressure resistance and good team spirit 有较强的组织、协调、沟通、抗压能力和良好的团队合作精神
