Required Qualifications:

2019 Master Degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering and etc. OR Bachelor’s degree (or above) in an accredited Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation curriculum with 3 years experience.

Strong analytical and management skills, Excellent teamwork.

Good communication skills, Fluent in mandarin, good reading and communication in English.

Have Construction machinery industry engineering experience.

To be able to use Pro/E is preferred. Understand and familiar GB, ISO, and relative regulations

Diligent, proactive, self-motived and open-minded

Familiar with excel, PPT, words software etc.

Strong Hands-on ability. Creative, keep interest in taking challenge and pressure.

Desirable Qualifications:

CET-6

Excellent in problem analysis and solving skill and background

Knowledge on Hydraulic system is a plus.

As an Associate or Senior Associate Engineer, you will have the opportunity to learn from and contribute to a cooperative team in the design of new global products and processes.  In this engineering position, you will build your technical expertise while learning product development through practical application technology.  You will also build your professional network, engage with peers and receive guidance from mentors in the field.

In this role, you will also deepen your knowledge base of Caterpillar’s products, technologies, processes, services and systems, which you will use to:

Perform HEX product drawing release. Work closely with Global technical team and NPI Team on Creating drawings. Perform EDS drawing release and maintain.

Requires familiarity with the stages of production release and approval, and rejection of design deviations and change requests.

Work closely with product management team, local NPI Team & Release team on design change implement and PAN implement

Coordinate with NPI Team to perform NPI program. Support CXL plant E&E engineering related issues trouble-shouting and software implementation and feedback to related E&E ICT team in order to figure out solutions ASAP.

Evaluate change of new products, processes, Contribute to the design of new products and processes;

Communicate results to team members, customers, supplier NPI and related business units;

Takes responsibility for the design concept and design layout using the manual or computer graphics, system. Performs design calculations and participates in design decisions. Along with the supporting technical team, Service and other areas.

Works with considerable latitude in coordinating and providing design expertise.

Refines and improves product designs by conducting investigations and developing solutions. Receives exposure to complex design processes.

Consults with engineers to determine work objectives and the means to achieve them.
