Job Responsibilities
• Be responsible for portfolio analysis of logistics assets, including portfolio reporting, budgeting, monthly forecast etc,
• Be responsible for market study, such as capital market, logistics sector or other industries.
• Support operation team leader to set appropriate tenant mix, devise and implement effective marketing plans and control-related expenses to maximize Net Operating Income of projects.
• Be involved in formulate and implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s portfolio.
• Performing lease contract or the other documents management.
• Other job responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor
Job Requirements
• Degree holder in Real Estate/Construction Project/Finance or its equivalent with post graduate qualifications in Finance.
• Good command of verbal and written English.
• Other key attributes include good teamwork spirit, strong initiative and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
