工作内容/Main Task：

· Create New Concept: Design of the Intranet and Confluence webpages

· Maintain and implement new Design of CIH Intranet

· Support of Events (Moderation, Organisation, Designs, Photo/Film)

· Team assistance: support onboarding of new employees, managing office stationary

· Organize team meeting, trace project, task progress, follow up List Open Issues

· English / Chinese documents translation.

· Other job that team leader assign to.

任职资格/Qualifications：

· University background in Media or Communication or Photo/Movie or Arts

· Proficient in reading and writing English

· Skill in oral English would be preferred

· Familiar with Design tools (Photoshop, Creative suite or similar)

· Good collaboration spirit and communication skills.

· Skill in Office Tools like PowerPoint (good skills), Sharepoint and Confluence (Atlassian Confluence can be trained)

· Creative person (Talent in illustration like presentations and design of presentations)

· Talent in organization of events

· Teamspirit and Teamorientation

· Good Communication capabilities

· Internship from 3-6 months basic premise
