1. Event Organization
Prepare Workshop materials (Flipchart POI, Agenda, Rules, Group Discussion, Action Plan, Feedback, etc.) and room setup.
On-site support for workshop (snacks/drinks, lunch ordering, 5S, take photos)
Make Training or workshop photo recording documents
2. Administration Tasks
Maintain inventory of stationary.
Support goods and food purchasing, collecting, storing, regular 5S.
Apply PR in AUTOS and monitor the progress till GR.
Help to send/receive express package.
Support Visa application and invitation letter.
3. Training Management
Collect training requirement from China locations (Training catalogue, consolidate training requirements, Apply PR on AUTOS for external training).
Training Preparation: Send out training invitation, organize training introduction call, monitor training acceptance, confirm participants'attendance, prepare training materials (Flipchart Agenda, Target, Rules, Parking lot, etc.), print out training handout, set up training room one day before, etc.
During the training, order lunch for participants and take photos.
After training is complete, send out training evaluation email, make photo minutes, do "GR" in the system, internal cost charge back.
4. Translation of Recall Information
Translate the recall information from government website from Chinese to English.
Job Requirements:
University student (Bachelor degree or above)
English level: at least CET 4
Nice to have some experiences in other company
At least 3 working days per week, preferred 6 months or above
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
