Job Description

Ÿ   Title: New Retail Marketing Operation Intern (oriented in wechat mini-program store ecommerce operation)

Ÿ   职位：新零售市场运营实习生(社交内容电商运营方向)

Ÿ   Specific Responsibility工作内容:

-        Based on confirmed promotion plan, plan homepage or feature page’s layout and design, brief graphic designer for further execution

-        Under the organization by ELAND Group New Retail team, assist new retail marketing manager to maintain merchandising operation in backstage of wechat mini-program system, details including:

1.      products’ launch & off-shelf setting;

2.      optimize product pages in details;

3.      set and optimize product category in wechat mini-program stores;

4.      apply and set e-coupon;

5.      set product scores based on different promotion period;

-        Manage staff information update in wechat mini-program store by monthly;

-        Assist New Retail Manager to train offline store staff have command of online sales skills;

-        Monitor and update 2 brands’ Instagram and Facebook images via VPN;

-        Monitor brand competitors’ social content by weekly and competitors’ marketing activity intelligence;

-        Prepare WeChat post tailor-made for landlord WeChat account according to retail teams’ requirements;

-        Any other matters may be assigned from time to time;

-        根据营销日历和促销活动计划，策划品牌页活动微页面或专题活动微页面布局；

-        根据新零售组及品牌制定促销活动计划和要求，协助新零售负责人完成小程序后台的商品运营和后台设置，具体工作包括：

1.      商品上下架；

2.      商品详情页的优化；

3.      小程序店商品分类页面的设置和优化；

4.      促销活动优惠券的申请和设置；

5.      不同促销活动期间商品权重配置；

-        每月更新小程序店员工信息，协助指导线下导购掌握新零售销售技巧，包括如何有效会员管理，如何做会员标签化运营；

-        通过VPN翻墙软件，每2周监测下载品牌INSTAGRAM社交媒体图片素材；

-        监测品牌竞品社交媒体及市场活动情报；

-        根据线下零售营运需求，撰写商场促销信息类微信文；

-        完成领导布置的其他任务；

Ÿ   Job Requirements岗位需求：

-        实习生岗位：专科/本科均可；

-        本岗位需要长期稳定实习生，工作时间少于6个月短期者慎入；

-        拥有一定良好中英文阅读写作能力；

-        职业方向以做社交内容电商运营者，优先考虑；

-        吃苦耐劳，能承受加班者，优先考虑；

-        一周工作时间不低于4天；

-        对奢侈品时尚行业感兴趣，拥有接受新鲜事物和快速学习能力者优先；

-        Undergraduate the 3rd year is preferred;

-        Good command of English & Chinese writing and reading;

-        Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc), Adobe Photoshop, Meitu Xiuxiu etc. is a plus;

-        At least 4 working days per week;

-        Interested in social media platform i.e. Weibo, WeChat, Xiaohongshu and good sense of fashion industry and trends is a plus;

-        Highly motivated, open minded and good team player;
