Description: As a System Compatibility Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the system level validation and characterization of Micron managed NAND products, e.g. UFS, uMCP. These strategies will require the development, and documentation, of software and hardware test solutions used to validate and characterize products against requirements and specifications. Responsibilities will also include providing investigative support for validation, characterization, qualification and customer issues. Responsibilities: • Responsible for system test and tool development for UFS product at mobile phones or engineering boards • Develop and debug new test methodology and tools based on product ask Requirements: • Experience with Linux kernel and driver, experience in C/C++ and/or Python. • Understanding of Linux/Android Operating systems & file systems. System level validation or qualification experience • Troubleshooting and skills to present the root cause accurately and concisely in an organized way • Good teamwork and communication skills • Knowledge or experience of memory product including eMMC, eMCP, UFS, uMCP and LPDDR is a plus. • Knowledge or experience of PCIe, NVMe, SCSI protocol is a plus • Prior experience with Oscilloscopes and/or Logic analyzers is a plus Education • Graduate student in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Microelectronics, AI and machine learning and other science/engineering majors, or with relative working experience
