This position is located in Shanghai GM China Headquarter, reporting to GM China Security Manager & Fire Protection Manager.
This candidate must be support security team daily operations. And the key responsibilities are supporting security & fire project completion, organizing security internal training, supporting GM fire protection guidelines edition, and maintaining security database and other historical files.
Skills :
Good knowledge and skills of PowerPoint, Excel and other photo/video editing software, prefer the one who has strong skill of using PS software.
Strong bilingual skills, solid Chinese and English writing skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and planning skills.
The ability to be a team player.
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Qualifications:
Candidates should be students for advanced degree.
Bachelor degree or equivalent with emphasis on Legal, Public Relations, English or data management.
Language: Excellent command in English speaking and writing.
