Job description / Mission • Preparing shipping documents proactively for going through customs and CIQ purpose; • Daily inputting/updating goods transit status in tracking database timely and accurately; • Responsible for documents archive as department’s docs management policy; • Follow up inbound goods from picking till to receiving, highlight proactively if any abnormal;

• Other duties assigned by leader.

Knowledge / Educational requirements •     University degree; •     Good in writing and reading English; •     Familiar with computer skill (MS office software); •     Major course in international trade or logistics are preferable; Personality requirements • Strong attention to detail;  • Self-motivated, proactive, good team spirit; •Willing to learn new skills and knowledge;
