Technical Competencies

• AI-Assisted Development: Passionate about vibe coding. Hands-on experience leveraging AI coding tools (Codex, GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.) to build projects or automate workflows.

• Programming Fundamentals: Solid grasp of core programming concepts. Familiar with Python, SQL, HTML/CSS or APIs. Capable of guiding, debugging and verifying code generated by AI tools.

• Adaptability: Able to quickly learn internal IT architectures and work within corporate network policies and access restrictions.

Business & Soft Skills

• Project & Time Management: Structured and logical thinking; capable of independently managing timelines and tasks for lightweight projects.

• Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills. Able to translate technical concepts and AI workflows into plain language for non-technical stakeholders.

• Business Awareness: Basic understanding of business workflows, market mechanisms or digital product lifecycles.

Academic Background & Experience

• Education: Current Master’s student preferred; final-year undergraduate candidates also considered. Majors include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or other relevant technical disciplines with solid business awareness.

• Experience: Prior corporate internship experience, or proven leadership experience in student organizations is highly preferred. We seek candidates with mature mindsets, strong organizational skills and demonstrated sense of accountability.

Language Proficiency

Fluent written and spoken English (required for documentation and global cross-team alignment); native Mandarin speaker.

Key screening criteria: Practical coding & AI-assisted development experience, alongside proficient English capability.
