Job Description:
Contract Management
- To manage the companies legal & business contract following the objective of efficiency, compliance, risk management and cost reduction.
- To maintain classification and database creation
Physical storage, digital storage and access control
GM Office Operations
- To support GMO’s daily operation such as office supplies purchase, meeting room reservation
- Admin support to GM like reimbursement, travel management
Support Company Contract Management
- The same purpose as the first objective above, due to the GMs’ responsibility scope, the maintain Support company’s contract as well.
Company activities support
- To support meetings, seminars, company activities if needed.
