职责:
- Design and conduct food science experiments;
- Prepare, cook/make food (mainly baby food) and analysis (chemical, physical, sensory etc);
- Scientific literature review and nutrition guidelines translating;
- Documentation of research reports or notes;
- Digitalization of nutrition guideline to nutrition database;Assist project members on operational tasks.
