About the job: The role of a Researcher Internship is to provide preliminary work for a candidate, to source candidate, to identify candidate’s status, and conduct phone screening, sometime maybe face to face interview. A Researcher Internship is of career path to be a full time Researcher/Associate Consultant in Hudson. Responsibilities: - Sourcing candidates in a Specialization (Supply Chain & Engineering ) - Phone screening and qualifying candidates - Acquiring active candidates resume in the area according to the target assigned by manager - Documentation assistance to Senior Consultant - Sitting in consultant/senior consultant’s interview and help on taking notes when getting more mature - Assisting on interview arrangement internally and externally (candidate interview with client) Key qualification: - Top university Grade 3 or above, can work 3-5 days per week - Strong communication and organizational skills - Fluent in English and Chinese
