Report to Team Leader (Manager) 向团队经理汇报

Key Requirements 要求: 1.Passionate and persevering, interested in the recruitment industry. Result-driven and task-oriented. 乐于学习，性情坚毅，对招聘行业有热情；任务导向，结果导向。 2.At least4 working days per week, up to one-year's internship is a plus. 每周出勤四天，能做满一年者优先考虑。 3.Fluent English skills. 良好的英语听说读写能力。 4.Prefer upcoming senior student. 开学大四的学生优先。

Responsibilities 职责: 1.Using all impactful ways to search suitable candidates. 熟练运用不同的人才搜寻途径，为客户搜寻行业内符合资格的候选人。 2.Build up interview skills for candidate interview (Phone interview / Face 2 Face interview) 学习独立进行结构化面试（电话面试/面对面的面试）。 3.Update existing candidates' information. 及时在数据库中更新候选人的职业经历、技能、优势和不足等信息。 4.Dig out the candidate's real motivation, and give solutions. 挖掘候选人内在需求,合理给出建议。 5.Make candidates reports. 撰写候选人背景报告呈交客户。 6.Build up good relationship with your candidates and help them to prepare for the client interview. 为候选人做好充分的面试准备，与候选人建立良好的关系。

Pay 薪水: 100CNY / Day
