Support senior HRBPs who are partnering global functions i.e. R&D, Manufacturing, HR and informatics

Provide analytics report and insight; support Human Capital related data generation

Support in workshop design and facilitation

Working in a matrix global environment and communication in English and Chinese

OD (Organizational Development) support and HR strategy implementation support

 

Required Skills/技能 :

Good in MS Office skills, Word, Excel & PPT, familiar with V-Lookup and data analysis.

Good in coordination with different departments

Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Bachelor degree & Above
