Prepare onboarding documents
and coordinate with HR Team to ensure new employee on boarding process
be conducted smoothly;
Work with HR Team and
Recruitment Team to prepare the hiring forms and send to share service centre
in Malaysia, as well as other required template/from that related to
employee life cycle (transfer, exit etc);
Maintain and update the
employees’ personal-file to ensure all critical company document in place;
Coordinate the logistics
process of recruiting process;
Support other administrative
tasks that assigned by supervisor
Requirement:
Graduate
student, at best the second year of master program.
Good communication skill both in English and
Chinese.
