Customer service internship ：

工作内容：

处理日常SAP数据（运用SAP系统）

协助部门经理和工程师处理日常轮胎数据和报告，维护投诉处理平台

教育：

在校大学生（是大三或研三相对时间空闲的学生），每周保证至少3天

工作要求：

英语四级及以上，口语和书写能力良好

熟悉Microsoft Office，尤其熟悉excel，了解或者熟悉sap系统

性格沉稳，细心，学习能力强，有实习经验且能持续实习四个月以上者优先考虑

Job Description: -Input the data of tire complaint information into SAP system

-Help CS manager and engineers to deal with tire information data  and report,maintain complaint handling system platform ;   Employment Type:

at least 3 days per week with immediate availability  for college  internal student Education: - Current undergraduates or  master students Requirements: - Good English skills(written and spoken ability), CET-4 or above - Familiarity with Microsoft Office ,especially in excel  operation - Pay attention to details,quick learner,prefer having intern working experience and SAP input experience
