Major Responsibilities:
1. NEV E-powertrain system and component new technology regular information gathering and reporting
2. Electric vehicle objective and subjective testing support
• Vehicle initial analysis, measurement equipment setup, parameter measuring, vehicle topology analysis support, etc.
• Collect driver’s feedback during subjective test
3. Electric Powertrain Benchmarking Dyno Bench/performance test Operating Support:
• Support to install vehicle on dyno test bench
• Support to prepare the vehicle for performance test
• Support dynamometer operation
• Support to measure the testing data, analysis and generate report
4. Electric Powertrain Benchmarking HV System measurement (EM, PEU, Battery) and HV components (EM, PEU, Battery) disassembly support
• Measurement equipment, sensors, cables installation
• Data sorting and data analysis support for HV measuring result
5. Events support and supplier events arrangement.
Qualification:
Knowledge / Skills / Competences
1. NEV e-powertrain new technology subjective initiative
2. Knowledge on NEVs diagnostics and measurements
3. Data analysis skills (Matlab, Python, etc.)
4. Knowledge about NEV and NEV powertrain architectures and sub-systems, as:
• NEV powertrain architectures (PHEV, BEV, Range-Extender, FCEV)
• Battery technology or Electric motors or Power electronics
5. Team player, who has experience in university activities
6. Strong logical thinking and learning ability, good communication and stress resistance, careful and patient
7. Internship duration must not less than 6 months, working days must be higher than 4 days a week, 5 days is preferred
Education:
Degree
1. Bachelor / Master, in Automotive Engineering, mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, electric vehicle
2. Good in English, German is a plus, must be student on study, preferably previous international Chinese student
