Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Regulatory Activities:
Assist in the preparation of registration dossiers, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
Proofread registration application documents as needed, ensuring clarity and compliance with regulatory standards.
Collect and analyze regulatory intelligence to keep the team informed of relevant updates and changes in regulations and competitors.
2. Administrative Support:
Book meeting rooms and manage logistics to ensure smooth operation of meetings and events.
Provide general administrative support to the regulatory affairs team as required.
3. Research and Analysis:
Conduct research on regulatory requirements and guidelines relevant to our products and operations.
Prepare summaries and reports on regulatory trends and insights that may impact our business strategies.
Qualifications:
Preferred degree (Master, PhD candidate).
Currently pursuing a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
