Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to high-impact organizational effectiveness initiatives including AI applications, process optimization, and capability development projects.
- Conduct in-depth research and benchmarking on management, organizational, and people strategies across leading global markets and industries.
- Synthesize insights into compelling reports and presentations that influence talent, organizational, and strategic decisions.
- Gain hands-on exposure to talent acquisition and people strategy projects, adding value to shaping high-performing teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous internship experience in management consulting will be a plus.
Strong interest in organizational development, and management strategy.
- Proactive and driven mindset, with strong ownership and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; additional language skills will be a plus.
- Ability to commit to at least three days a week in our Beijing or Singapore office, for at least 4 months
