Key Responsibilities:
1. Support paperwork, details include preparing, scanning and uploading documents for onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and contract renewals process. Organizing attendance reports as required, verifying leave certificates by department and file accordingly.
2. Support filing and retrieval of personnel files, print and stamp certification letters.
3. Initially organize documents for working hours applications and job details, assist employees in submitting documents at the counter.
4. Support answer or escalate questions (new hires' questions, guide employees on raising tickets)
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Juniors (third-year student), working at least 3 days a week.
3. Quick learning, problem-solving and communication skills for service delivery.
4. Good excel and office capability.
5. Good in written English (oral English for general communication).
6. Strong self-motivation and team spirit.
