Job Summary
Support the software engineering team in their daily organizational tasks
Job Responsibilities
Assist in software delivery to plant
Documents and small delivery handling (shipping, receiving tools for the lab)
Support the coordination and management
Support core team by keeping track of new comers, planed interviews, face-to-face discussions with employees
Assist the team to maintain important document up to date, e.g. headcount planning, 8Ds, Lessons Learned, etc.
Assist on time management activities of the team, e.g. working time, overtime, etc.
Assist the planning of team events, e.g. team building activities, workshops, etc.
Travel arrangement for core and expert team (plane tickets, hotel, car rental)
Reimbursements for core and expert team
Meeting support, e.g. room arrangement, minutes, etc.
Collaboration in an international environment
Required knowledge competencies and attributes
Very good English language skills
B.S. of any kind, prefer B.S. engineering related
Patient, positive and well organized
Prefer having international experience
