Job Description
1. Document & data-base management: development & optimization on database by various programming methods (such as Excel, SharePoint, Power BI etc.) to support IPO process.
2. Masterfile consolidation: Database creation and development, function module establishment, visualization management if relevant to simplify the database.
3. Dashboard optimization: Content Review, elaboration of new template, consolidation of KPIs, per the request.
4. Referential: Drafting, simplifying and optimizing the relevant procedures / work instructions, ensuring it is clear to be understand by the user.
5. Other various tasks upon request.
Candidate Profile
1. Bachelors Degree or above, major in Computer Science and Technology or related.
2. Fluent in written and oral English.
3. Be skillful in MS Access/Power BI/Excel/SharePoint. Familiar with VBA or SQL programming is preferred.
4. Accountable, detail-oriented, down-to-earth working attitude;
5. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
6. At least 4 whole days per week during 5 month and more if possible.
