岗位职责Responsibilities
在顾问指导下明确客户的招聘要求,研究特定行业和市场;
根据客户要求运用各种途径有效的寻找合适的候选人;
在顾问指导下参与人才筛选,安排并协调合格候选人的面试;
把候选人资料录入公司系统。
Assist Consultant to collect industry updates and talent information for compilation of industry analysis;
Guided by Consultant, study and analyze the talent requirements from clients, and provide added value service;
Search candidates using effective sourcing channels with deployment of professional headhunting approach;
Participate in talent screening and arrange as well as coordinate interviews for qualified candidates;
Data entry of candidate’s information to system.
岗位要求Requirements:
本科及以上学历,专业不限;
快速学习能力,主动性强,勤奋踏实;
擅长人际交往,良好的沟通能力和亲和力;
责任心强,能承受较大工作压力,喜欢挑战;
良好的英语听说读写能力。
Bachelor or above, not limited in major;
Fast learner,down to earth and persistent;
Sociable with good communication ability;
Able to work under pressure and willing for taking challenges;
Good English skills
