我司海空运项目部招募一名实习生，具体要求如下：

出色的英语运用能力包括口语交流和书面写作；

品学兼优的在校大三和大四学生；

英语、国际贸易，物流专业优先； 

学历能力强，有进取心的同学

每周必须有充足的实习时间

在实习岗位中你将会接触以下几个方面工作，只承担辅助性和基础性日常工作（日常有指定主管具体指导） 

-     Ensure operational excellence by complying with a quality control system based on the company’s ISO 9001 standard

-     Contact with overseas and supplier to get shipping instruction and booking order

-     Made booking and ensure space & equipment for shipment

-     Try our best to assist customer to arrange export /import local work

-     Coordinate trucking ,warehouse and customs clearance company

-     Follow Schenker SOP to get payment from customer then release docs

-     Open Tango system and ensure KPI figure

-     Quote our best local charges to overseas and customer

-     Send pre-alert in time

-     Maintaining customer on hand and developing new customer

-     To complete other assigned work on time

Requirements:

-     Good command of English both oral and written

-     Good inter-personal skills, teamwork player, detail orientation, initiative

-     Proficient computer skills with sound knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc

-     Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

-     Ability to work independently

-     Initiative attitude towards work and strong problem solving skills

-     Ability to act with tact and discretion
