博世(中国)投资有限公司 汽车事业部-采购实习生 岗位描述: 1. Support meeting materials and reports preparation 2. Contact suppliers, e.g. send RFQ (request for quotation) and track the status 3. Assist with data collecting and analyzing 4. Maintain basic data in SAP, Supply On, internal system Pilum etc. 5. Support buyers with information exported from data base 6. Assist in the planning and execution of workshops (e.g., supplier conferences), including cross-departmental coordination and supplier communication Requirements: 1. Bachelor or above degree 2. Be patient, attentive and efficiency oriented, proactive and taking responsibility 3. Outgoing, strong communication and coordination skills 4. Strong sense of logical data analysis 5. Interest in purchasing 6. Fluent in oral and written English 7. Good MS office software skill, esp. excel and Power point, Power BI. 8. Able to work at least 4 days a week.
