Main Responsibilities:
Be responsible for updating the information of Company HR bulletin board;
According to Company Employee Reward and Discipline Policy, update and maintenance the Employee discipline file, also file all the relevant warming letters timely;
Assist ER Supervisor plan, organize, connect and implement various employee activities, to ensure the employee activities successfully;
Organize and arrange the quarterly employee representative meeting, to ensure every employee representative will attend the quarterly meeting. After the meeting, follow the questions which put in the employee representative meeting, and give feedback in time;
Exactly, timely to prepare the invitation letter for foreigner’s business trip in Chongqing;
Be responsible for collecting the materials which the HR WeChat platform needed;
Assist to collect the materials which the internal bimonthly newsletter needed;
Be responsible for completing and issue the monthly PA announcement;
Be responsible for summary the suggestions of the HR suggestion box and follow up the results;
Fulfill other tasks assigned for any necessary.
Requirements:
University degree or above;
Strong interpersonal & communication skills;
Basic leadership skill;
Fluent in English / Chinese speaking and writing;
Good at office software.
