Main Accountabilities: Job Reponsibility 1.招聘recruitment 在招聘网站增加岗位需求Add job requirements to recruitment site. 2. 绩效考核performance appraisal 1.员工请假录入Input Employees‘ leave application. 2.复查工人考勤信息Check workers' attendance information. 3. 培训training 制作培训记录表并处理培训后期的信息录入 Make a Training Record and deal with the information input after the training. 4. 薪酬福利compensation& Benefit 每月帮助人事专员发工资单、准备员工生日会 Help HR specialists distribute payroll; Prepare employees‘ birthday party every month. 5. 其他Others 1.档案整理,通知员工补全资料(邮件/电话)File arrangement.(Mail/Tel) 2.为员工开具离职证明/在职证明Certificate issued for employees. 3.为跨境出差员工购买保险Purchase insurance for Employee of International business trip. 4.每月前往人才中心为员工办理居住证积分相关业务Residence card points related affair. 5.帮助人事专员处理需要盖公章的文件Stamp the official steal on documents Job Requirement 教育水平/专业(Education/Major): 本科以上学历。 Above bachelor degree. 要求(Requirements) 1. 具有良好的沟通、计划、组织、协调能力和团队合作; Good at communication, planning, organizing, coordinating and team work; 2. 敬业精神,英语流利,PC熟练。 Dedicating to work and good at English and PC skills. 3.一周三天及以上 At least three days attendence per week.
